Reporting Copyright Infringement
To report copyright infringement, please send a notice containing the following information:
- Your full name, mailing address, and electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on our service where the infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification
If you believe that content was removed or access was restricted due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.
